Placing items in cart

We ask you to select a recipient from a dropdown menu to allow you to shop for yourself or for gift recipients at the same time. During the check out process we will prompt you for shipping information for all the different people you designate.

Checking out

There are 3 options after you view your cart.

1) If you have an account and log in, you will be able to access a) pass orders and b) your recipient address book. This will save time when ordering again.

2) You can first sign up for an account take advantage of the features mentioned in #1 above

3) You may check out without signing up or logging in

Troubleshooting

1) Items you have placed in cart are not showing up on the Cart screen

The items you place in the cart are not only held there indefinitely, and if you have cleared your browser’s data for any reason, the items may be deleted. We suggest you log out and then log in again and reselect your items. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

2) You receive a message that your card is invalid

To protect our customers we use pre-processing for all credit cards entries. This does most of the validation of your card before you even submit your order. However, an “Invalid” message can still appear after you submit, an indication that your bank is having an issue. You will need to try a different card.
